What Is The Fierce Clarity Detox?

The Fierce Clarity Detox is an opportunity for us to come together to remove toxins from our lives. Physical and metaphysical toxins accumulate in our body + mind + spirit causing us to not feel our best. We may feel bloated, foggy, overwhelmed, or just not feel good in general. While there are many goals of detoxification — our main one is to support the healthy functioning of our body’s natural detoxification system.

Periods of detoxification are periods of self-purification. The point of Detox 101 is to empower you to achieve your optimal wellbeing. What am I detoxing from?


  • Physical toxins found in your food, personal and household products, air, water, and other elements of your environment.


  • Emotional toxins, such as negative thought patterns and beliefs, self-criticism, chronic stress, and painful experiences that you haven’t fully digested.

  • Spiritual toxins such anger, non-forgiveness, and judgement.

How Does A Detox Work?

The point of detoxification is to remove toxins. The body is a wonderful gift and it can heal itself in the proper environment. The point of eliminating toxins is to give your body a helping hand and decrease the detoxification workload. The removal period is up to you (3 days, 7 days, 30 days), but what do you need to remove from your life to give your body time to clear?

Sugar, Alcohol, Grains, Legumes (Beans, Peas, Lentils, Soy, Peanuts), Dairy, and All Processed Foods

Detox Tea, Minimum 64oz of Water, and the Top 10 Detox Foods

What Do You Do?

Use Whole30 recipe resources to find nourishing meals in alignment with our detox protocol. Focus on local, organic, in-season produce to decrease toxins from pesticides and preservatives. Drink Detox Tea or Green Tea in-between meals to aid in cleansing the liver.

    • Fruit: Lemon + Lime, Grapefruit, Apple, Berries, Pineapple, Pomegranate, Avocado, Frozen Fruit for smoothies (Dragonfruit, Mango, etc)
    • Vegetables: Kale, Spinach, Arugula, Celery, Beet, Tomatoes, Cauliflower, Mini Peppers, Brussel Sprouts, Red Cabbage, Cucumbers
    • Tubers + Protein: Small Red Potatoes, Sweet Potatoes, Fish + Eggs
    • Herbs + Oils + Dressing + Seasonings: Cilantro, Parsley, Dill, Ghee, Olive Oil, Nutritional Yeast, Whole30 Approved Salad Dressings (aka no added sugar)
