No matter when you're reading this, now is the perfect time to plan your 2023 Glow Up!

2023 is a Universal 7 Year in numerology which means we can expect themes of self-reflection, intuition, faith, and analytical thinking. This is a year that will bring connection with ourselves, a refining of our spiritual practice, and a focus on being of service to others. It’s a year to double down on your personal growth and self-care while not being afraid to evolve.

January is the perfect time to revisit + rethink our habits. “Our habits will either make us or break us, we become what we repeatedly do”. Spend some time this month reflecting and redesigning your life. You are deserving of the best life has to offer and I want you to remember that! Focus on taking care of yourself this year mentally + physically + emotionally + spiritually + financially.

    “Honor the space between no longer and not yet.” As you’re thinking about 2022, honor the space between where you’ve been and where you’re headed. Towards the end of the year, we may feel discouraged or discontent if we didn’t complete our goals by our self-imposed deadlines. Instead of this feeling, choose to honor the space and honor the becoming. We have to learn to feel grateful for the journey happening now and relinquish some of the focus on what we’ve yet to accomplish. Read More.

    The mind + body + spirit are all interconnected. Metaphysical illnesses can manifest in the physical body and vice versa. This year, commit to movement + meditation. With many of us working from home, we have additional time in the mornings and evenings because we have eliminated our commute. Use this time to solidify routines that will support your mental + physical + emotional self-care.
